Briarcliff Apartments is a 40 unit elderly complex located in Ayden, North Carolina that is minutes away from the downtown Ayden area .  We offer  affordable 1 bedroom apartments, each unit has an emergency alarm system that can be activated from the bedroom or bathroom.  We offer an on-site laundry center that has been recently renovated and convenient for use.  Management is on site and 24 hour maintenance personnel is provided.  All of our units are subsidized under the section 8 program through the U.S. Department of HUD.
