Westminster Company believes in Neighborhood Networks through the Department of Housing & Urban Development(HUD). We strive to improve the quality of life at each of our developments through initiating new programs and improving the programs that have been successful in the past.
We constantly monitor these programs and activities on a regular basis to ensure there success. A particular focus of our efforts will be the elimination of crime and illegal drug activity and improvement in job skills. We promote self-sufficiency through education, computer and classroom training, and positive choices that will be necessary to best benefit the residents of the community.
We pursue ways to deliver programs and activities at little or no cost to the development.
