community. We have a total of 30 units, 16 three bedroom units and 14 two bedroom units. We enjoy easy
access to Interstate 77 which connects to Interstates 85 and 40 in 15 to 30 minutes. Many shopping areas
can be found within 5-10 minutes in Cornelius, Mooresville, and Huntersville. Concord Motor Speedway is
20 minutes away in Concord. Downtown Charlotte is only 15 minutes from Cornelius and has professional
sports stadiums with a variety of world class events. Cornelius Village Apartments is a family property that
